I’ve worked extensively with JavaScript and Ruby, from building UI component libraries to REST APIs and everything in between. I also have significant experience with data analysis, system administration, and technical support.
Tony RichardsAs part of the HRIS team, I wrote complex SQL and worked with data analysis tools to build reports and dashboards as requested. I also helped manage the company timekeeping system for over 6,000 employees.
Hypergiant was contracted by Disney to help build out a component library and SDK to support their streaming app partners. I designed and developed interface components and tools to test app functionality on various platforms.

I was contracted to build a customer relationship management application for a client’s expanding business. A Rails back end with a custom front end framework, I completed the project on time and successfully migrated the client's data into the new system.
While at Tack I worked with an iOS developer to build the back end and API for a client's social event planning platform. Using Rails, I built the core logic for the service and designed the API according to the needs of the mobile app.
Everlater was acquired by MapQuest and I joined the team to help rebrand/rebuild the product. We completed and deployed an entirely new application in a few months, significantly improving performance and scalability along the way.
Everlater was a site for creating and sharing travel journals. My primary role was developing the front end but I worked on almost every aspect of the product, from design and development of new features to managing the hosting infrastructure to copywriting.
Brightkite was an early location-based social network. As the first hire and only front end developer, I worked closely with the founders to build and refine the application from public launch to eventual acquisition.
